From pain to bliss – a yet another offering from the young Paramahamsa ! The first few pages introduce the young guru with a crisp biography, His mission and a beautiful photograph of His.
He starts His message by explaining PAIN in depth. This includes a portion on how we don’t feel alive throughout our bodies, how any pain is a manifestation of some emotional imbalance and how pain is something we invite in our lives. A real-life incident (described in the book) in which young man mysteriously suddenly losing his sense of sight and regaining it after he came to Swamiji is ample testimony to Swamiji’s teachings being very practical and relevant in our lives.
In further few pages, the young guru explains an extremely simple yet very powerful meditation technique to walk out of any pain. A quote from the Gita is also added to tell any sceptic first-time buyer of His books that He is not saying something fanciful / impractical but repeating only what has already been ordained in ancient Hindu texts.
The last few pages contain His answers to some of the questions posed by common people who came to Him for healing. The way in which He clarifies what is wrong with the way a guy is treating his partner without damaging his ego is an eye-opener for many a relationship problem we see in our daily lives. Bliss is a state that is beyond pain and pleasure, explains the young Paramahamsa in this book. The book concludes with the names of a few devotees and addresses of a few centres apart from the names of a few of His other books published by His mission.
